  1. Have a bowl of oatmeal.
  2. I eat oatmeal every day, but you could get some good meal replacement shakes such as Myoplex from EAS - less than $2 each.
  3. There is a website that offers a low carb diet program that gives you the answers you're looking for. The package includes the low carb diet program and around 5 different recipe books so you don't run out of meals to make. Plus a whole lot more. The site is called i Diet & Fitness. Check it out.
  4. cottage cheese. boiled egg. pb and apples. pb&j always fills me up, but that has bread. plain yogurt with anything in it.
  5. porridge (not quick oats) or weet-bix hi bran.
  6. Recipe for low carb "fill me up" breakfast omlette (or scrambled) 4 egg whites your choice (any or all of the following) chopped onions/garlic, cubed tomatoes/zuccini squash, diced jicima, parsley salsa 1 slice fat free cheese any kind Directions: 1.spray skillet with Pam 2. grill veggies 3. pour in egg white, let cook, flip, fold, 4. put cheese on top (or in an omlette which I like better) and let cheese melt 5. put on plate and top with 3 T of salsa... enjoy hint: If you like something "crunchy" put a few fat free ranch or three cheese croutons on top of the salsa... This recipe is low carb, inexpensive , made with normal grocery store foods and really fills me up and it stays with me a lot longer than anything else I've tried for breakfast...

  8. Stay away from oatmeal..it is anything but low carb. Breakfast is easy...eggs are inexpensive and you can do so many different things with them. Avocados are tasty with salsa and cheese.
